The Town of Millston met on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 at the Community Center 6:30pm for
its January Caucus for Nominations for Town Board Officials to be elected on April 1, 2025 for a
2 year term commencing 4-15-25. Mike Yahn to chair the caucus and Town Clerk Dawn Wojtyla
will take minutes. Meeting called to order at 6:30pm
Michael Yahn Opened Nominations for CHAIRMAN -  
George Riedel nominated Mike Yahn, seconded by Dawn Wojtyla, nomination accepted.
No other nominations were made. Nominations closed by Michael Yahn .
Michael Yahn Opened Nominations for SUPERVISOR I -  
Dawn Wojtyla nominated George Riedel, seconded by Gerald Ramsey, nomination accepted.
No other nominations were made. Nominations closed by Gerald Ramsey.
Michael Yahn Opened Nominations for SUPERVISOR II -  
George Riedel nominated Jamie Goodbear, seconded by Wendy Wright, nomination accepted.

The Town of Millston Board members met on Wednesday 1-8-2025, at the Community Center. Meeting called
to order by Mike at 6:45 pm. Board Members present:  Mike Yahn, Chairman, Dawn Wojtyla, Clerk, Dan
Smrekar, Supervisor 1, George Riedel, Supervisor 2, Sue Marcou, Treasurer.  
Minutes from 12-11-24 were read, Motion to approve made by George, seconded by Dan. Motion carried.

• Check number 18289 through 18303 with 10 EFT for a total of $30,737.74.
• Motion to accept the clerks’ report made by George, seconded by Dan. Motion carried.

• Sue reported checking account balance as of 12-31-24 is $262,836.18.
• Motion to accept treasurer’s report made by George, seconded by Dane. Motion carried.
