The Town of Millston Board members met on Wednesday 8-
called to order by Mike at 6:30 pm. Board Members present: Mike Yahn, Chairman, Dawn Wojtyla, Clerk, Dan
Smrekar, Supervisor 1, George Riedel, Supervisor 2, Sue Marcou, Treasurer.

QUESTIONS/ANSWERS
• Millston Area Museum will be having a booth at the upcoming JC Fair.
• Park Bylaws and updated board members submitted. Painting will need to be completed at the park
before the Labor Day Ball Tournaments.
CLERKS REPORT
• Check number 18196 through 18218 with 11 EFT for a total of $30,162.54.
• Fall Cleanup will be September 7th thru 21 during regular dump hours.
• Motion to accept the clerks’ report made by George, seconded by Dan. Motion carried.
OPERATOR/LIQUOR LICENSES
• Temporary Picnic License Application received from the Park Commission for their September Park Functions.
Motion to approve licenses as presented made by Dan, seconded by George. Motion carried.
• Provisional and Regular License Application received for Brooke Klabunde for Trails End. Motion to approve
license as presented made by Dan, seconded by George. Motion carried.
TREASURERS REPORT
• Sue reported checking account balance as of 7-
• CD #1005 was put into a 9 month instead of 12 months.
• Motion to accept treasurer’s report made by George, seconded by Dan. Motion carried.
MOSSER LEE – CHRISTMAS AT CC
• Mosser Lee will be holding their Annual Christmas Party at the CC early this year on November 23, 2024
from Noon to 3-
MUSEUM – UPDATE ON RESOLUTION/LEASE
• No information received from the Museum committee. Mike will check with Jenny,
ROADS/DAVIDS REPORT
• Mike went over David's report.
